Homework for the weekend:
1. Genetics Punnett Square questions...posted in D2L if you need (under news)
2. Extra Practice 2.2 (posted in D2L if you need)....ensure your work is in your journal as it will not fit on the handout
3. Create a cheat sheet for fraction operations: take one piece of paper & divide into 4
Box 1: Adding fractions...write out all the steps to do this ie common denominator etc...include positive & negative fraction examples (mixed & improper)...lowest terms etc.
Box 2: Subtracting fractions...see above
Box 3: Multiplying Fractions...all of the above but of course you don't find a common denom.
Box 4: Dividing Fractions...all of the above for mult. (reciprocal etc)
Ensure that your cheat sheet is neat, organized, very detailed with many examples including negative & positive, mixed, improper, and proper fractions for all operations.
Homework will be checked on Tuesday...you have my word :)
